Cyber resilience has stopped being an IT conversation. It’s a boardroom one.

AI adoption is moving faster than most governance frameworks can keep up with. Regulatory expectations in Switzerland and beyond are multiplying. And the attack surface every organisation is responsible for has quietly expanded to cover identities, connected assets, and operational technology that didn’t exist on anyone’s risk register five years ago.

None of that is new to the leaders navigating it. What’s changed is who’s expected to answer for it.

The question boards are asking isn’t whether disruption will happen. It’s whether the people in front of them can explain, with confidence, what their organisation’s exposure actually looks like and what they’re doing about it. That’s no longer a question you can hand off to the security function alone. It’s a leadership one.

A closed-door conversation, not a briefing

On Thursday 3 September, we’re bringing together a small group of Swiss risk and security leaders for a closed-door roundtable and dinner in Zürich, hosted by ServiceNow and Wipro.

This isn’t a product session. It’s a chance to sit down with peers who are wrestling with the same questions off the record, in a room kept small enough that it’s a genuine conversation rather than a series of presentations.

On the table:

  • Why cyber resilience has become a board-level priority, and what that’s changed about how security leaders operate.
  • How peers are actually communicating exposure and resilience to their boards – what lands, and what doesn’t.
  • The practical reality of AI governance, operational visibility, and regulatory complexity, without the theory.
  • The evening opens with a networking reception, followed by dinner where the conversation continues.

Why we’re hosting this

Wipro and ServiceNow work with organisations across the region on exactly these problems — through CyberTransform powered by Wipro Intelligence, which brings AI governance, intelligent automation, and integrated workflows together to help enterprises modernise how they manage cyber risk. But this evening isn’t a pitch for that. It’s an opportunity to hear directly from the people managing this in practice, and to compare notes with others doing the same.

Request your space

Space is deliberately limited to keep the room focused, so requests are reviewed to make sure the group is the right mix for the conversation. If that’s you, please request your space by clicking the button below.
